For Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for committed individuals for the following part-time positions:
- 1 x 50 %
- 1 x 80 %
The positions concern the following area of responsibility:
Health Specialist (50% and 80%) Spitex
Your Tasks
- Care and primary nursing of our clients
- Initiating nursing measures and their evaluation in collaboration with case managers
- Maintaining nursing documentation and recording services
- Participating in the implementation of quality standards and nursing development
Your Profile
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience
- Independent and responsible working style
- Proficient use of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
