Working Hours

• Annual working time of 42 hours/week
• Individual part-time models, including small workloads
• Employment on a monthly or hourly wage basis under the same conditions

Holidays

• 28 working days up to 45 years

Allowances

Pension Fund

• Insured from the age of 25 already from a gross income of CHF 12,000.- (instead of legally from CHF 22,500.-)

Sick Pay Insurance

• Full pay for 90 calendar days
• For the following period from the 2nd day – the entitlement to pay is reduced to 40 percent
• For employment of six or more years, full pay is paid for 180 calendar days
• In case of disability, employees are entitled to full pay until the restoration of working ability
• Non-fulfillment applies to employees who have no more than 90 working days, a claim for the premium is issued

Accident Insurance

• In case of occupational accidents, employees are entitled to full pay until the restoration of working ability

Maternity

• 100% continued payment of salary for 16 weeks, provided the employment lasted at least two years and is then continued
