Production Employee Soldering (Medical Technology) – 100%
You have a delicate touch, already have experience in soldering, and want to manufacture a product with real added value? For our client, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual in the production of medical ventilators.
A long-term perspective awaits you here: The assignment starts temporarily for 3 months (with the option of permanent employment). Afterwards, a transfer to a fixed-term employment contract follows (6 months + extension for another 6 months) with the clear goal of permanent employment upon mutual success.

Your Tasks
- Precise soldering: You solder electronic components for high-quality medical ventilators.
- Assembly work: You assemble housings and mechanical parts.
- Fine work: Gluing housing parts and other preparatory production steps.
- Quality assurance: Visual and quality control of the manufactured components.
Qualifications
You bring
- Soldering experience (mandatory): You have proven professional experience in soldering electronic components.
- Dexterity: You have a fine hand for delicate work and the highest precision.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (level B2 is mandatory for documentation and instructions).
- Reliability: You are characterised by an exact, quality-conscious and independent way of working.
- Attractive working hours (day shifts only):
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 (sometimes a little longer)
Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 (start the weekend earlier!) - Meaningful work: You work on products that save lives in the medical field.
