Sales Support Manager - 100% - at our headquarters in Bern (m/f/d)

Would you like to be part of an international sales team in an innovative telecommunications company? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our sales team in Bern, we are looking for a Sales Support Manager. In this role, you will report directly to the VP Sales and work closely with colleagues from around the world. As a Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for the organizational and administrative support of our sales team. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, customers are professionally cared for, and the team is well positioned to achieve its goals. In doing so, you will work closely with internal departments such as product management, service delivery, and management.
In this responsible position, you will perform the following tasks
- Coordination and management of all processes related to sales support
- Ensuring smooth sales processes, managing sales contracts, and ensuring accuracy
- You will be the point of contact for customer inquiries and operational support for the sales team
- Analysis of sales figures and preparation of monthly reports with concrete recommendations for action
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in existing processes
- Coordination of customer projects (RFQs/RFIs) together with sales, marketing, product management, business development, and legal
- Use of online tools for customer tenders (RFQ/RFI)
- Management of sales-related functions in the ERP/CRM system
- Maintenance of templates for tenders and sales documents
- Preparation of simple offers, cover letters, orders, and contract addenda
- Close collaboration with other departments to support our sales initiatives
- Continuous development in the field of sales support management
Your ideal profile
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) or higher education in telecommunications, business, management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of professional experience in sales support, roaming management, sales, or project management, ideally with a mobile service provider or service company
- Proven experience in project management
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Team player, customer-oriented, and a keen eye for detail
- Confident handling of data and the ability to draw strategic conclusions from it
- Resilience and reliability, even in stressful situations
- Fluent English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
