About the job
YOUR MISSION
- Support of customers for a specific product area
- Contact person in internal sales and interface to field sales, product management and logistics
- Preparation of offers and their active follow-up
- Order processing, monitoring of ongoing orders, as well as generating follow-up orders
- Handling of orders with suppliers, including their deadline tracking
- Implementation of customer projects in close cooperation and coordination with field sales and product management
YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, preferably with a technical background
- You have already worked with an ERP system
- You have a strong customer and sales orientation and enjoy telephone customer contact
- You are a team player with high self-motivation, independence and reliability
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You are familiar with Office products
