Job Description

As a valued member of our café team, you work in a warm, inviting

and Nordic-inspired environment seamlessly integrated into our store.

Your focus is on creating exceptional quality, excellent service and

unforgettable experiences for every guest. With your ability to put

people at the centre and respond flexibly to individual needs, you help

to create a personal and inspiring atmosphere – rooted in local culture and genuine hospitality.

You have the opportunity to be there for our guests at every moment: from a warm

welcome through attentive care to the authentic fulfilment of their

wishes. You are also responsible for the preparation and service

of high-quality food and beverages, ensuring our high standards of quality.

In this role, you actively support the values, culture and concept of our café and

ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Customer orientation: You enjoy working with people and are committed

to providing excellent service.

• Adaptability & flexibility: You respond quickly and effectively to

changing priorities and customer requests.

• Action orientation: You act proactively, take initiative and complete

tasks to a high standard.

• Good communication skills: You have a genuine interest in people,

communicate clearly and listen actively to understand their perspectives and needs.

• Passion for food, beverages and the ARKET brand, with a strong

desire to share this enthusiasm and your knowledge with customers.

• Flexibility in working hours: You are willing to work at different times,

including evenings and weekends.

• Good language skills in German and English

Additional Information

This is a permanent part-time position with a contract for 20 hours per

week.
