As a Senior Project Manager, you take responsibility for demanding client mandates and are the central contact person for your clients. You lead projects to successful implementation, ensure smooth project progress on site in Windisch and make sure that goals, budgets and schedules are adhered to.

Thanks to your experience, you recognise opportunities and challenges early, advise clients on an equal footing and continuously develop existing client relationships.

• Responsibility for several client accounts and their successful development.
• Independent leadership and management of demanding projects.
• Strategic and operational advice to clients in marketing and communication projects (optional digital projects).
• Planning, coordination and implementation of communication and marketing measures together with internal and external specialists.
• Leading client meetings, workshops and project discussions.
• Monitoring and analysing campaigns and deriving optimisation measures.
• Ensuring quality, budget compliance and timely implementation.
• Active identification and utilisation of cross- and upselling potentials.
• Contribution to the further development of internal processes and standards.

• Several years of experience as a project manager or account manager in an advertising, communications or digital agency.
• Proven experience in managing complex client projects.
• Strong client orientation and consulting competence.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of client needs and market environments.
• High organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Independent, structured and responsible working style.
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
