- Administrative support of the multiprofessional team
- Responsibility for the administrative and organizational tasks of the ward as well as for an efficient flow of information within your area of responsibility
- Receiving and handling all calls on the ward
- Contributing to an active and positive team culture
Your Profile
- Health specialist EFZ (with foreign diploma recognized by SRK) or MPA, preferably with experience in practice or ward administration
- Organizational skills and reliability in close cooperation with the ward management
- Flexible and resilient personality with good prioritization skills and enjoyment of independent work
- Openness to change and enjoyment of a lively environment
- High service mentality
- Proficient use of common office applications, preferably also with ORBIS (R)
