The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in the canton of Aargau. We offer our residents of all ages specialised care, support, and supportive services in various areas of expertise with high quality and a clear stance. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently undergoing extensive modernisation and further development through new construction and renovations. In autumn 2026, we will move into our modern new building, creating a contemporary working environment with modern infrastructure.

In this role, you will support us by:

• Independently and reliably carrying out simple maintenance, upkeep, and repair work
• Ensuring an efficient and high-quality maintenance service
• Assisting with transport and logistics tasks within the operation
• Supporting the team in daily operational business and actively pitching in
• Actively participating in the implementation of occupational safety and health protection

You will convince us with:

• A completed apprenticeship as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Previous professional experience in a similar role
• Manual dexterity and a practical working style
• Reliable, structured, and independent working methods
• Resilience, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude
• The ability to prioritise and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• A category B driving licence
• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
