Your Tasks
You work in direct care and support and accompany them respectfully, empathetically, and professionally through everyday life. In doing so, you support the residents in their individual needs and contribute to their well-being and quality of life. Contact with relatives and reference persons is naturally appreciative and empathetic for you.
You work closely with the care team, adhere to care standards and guidelines, and make an important contribution to consistently high care and support quality with your reliable way of working.
Your Profile
- Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Care Assistant FA), SRK course/basic VBB course
- You are familiar with the relevant requirements for carrying out professional care and support
- You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented, and place great value on further development
