Technical Sales Representative - Ventilation Cleaning (a) 100 %- Manage the existing portfolio of ventilation cleaning clients
- Develop the activity through active prospecting
- Supervise operational teams in coordination with the administrative team
- Calculate new quotes according to client needs
- Establish a linearity of monthly orders to standardise the work of operational teams
- Study with the client the energy savings of their installations
- Establish a multi-year maintenance schedule for the installations
- Contribute to the development of ventilation sector activities in Romandy
- Training in building technology, ideally HVAC
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar activity in a technical-commercial or facility management role within a company
- Excellent knowledge of the HVAC market in Geneva and its key players (installers, property management, etc.)
- Ideally a good knowledge of the Geneva hotel sector
- Ability to read plans and very good knowledge of common IT tools
- Ease in planning and organisation (simultaneous management of several projects)
- Proven managerial skills
- High mobility required to ensure proximity to operational activity
- Autonomous, flexible personality with a strong customer orientation
