Your main tasks are
- Implementation of an attractive, individual daily routine to strengthen the everyday competence and expressive ability of our residents
- Conducting various activation offers, e.g. memory training, exercise group and theme groups
- Participation in the planning and execution of events and occasions
- Ensuring competent and seamless management of electronic care documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments involved in care and support
You have
- Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF or equivalent, Swiss-recognised qualification
- Professional experience in activation, preferably in long-term care
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Resilience, flexibility, independence as well as creativity and organisational skills
- High social and professional competence and ability for cross-departmental collaboration
- Good written and spoken German skills as well as IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Humour and ability to reflect
Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen offers a home to around 100 residents across 3 residential buildings. One of the goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of the residents for as long as possible.
