Your main tasks are

Implementation of an attractive, individual daily routine to strengthen the everyday competence and expressive ability of our residents
Conducting various activation offers, e.g. memory training, exercise group and theme groups
Participation in the planning and execution of events and occasions
Ensuring competent and seamless management of electronic care documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments involved in care and support

You have

Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF or equivalent, Swiss-recognised qualification
Professional experience in activation, preferably in long-term care
Enjoyment in working with elderly people
Resilience, flexibility, independence as well as creativity and organisational skills
High social and professional competence and ability for cross-departmental collaboration
Good written and spoken German skills as well as IT knowledge (MS Office)
Humour and ability to reflect

Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen offers a home to around 100 residents across 3 residential buildings. One of the goals is to maintain and promote the autonomy of the residents for as long as possible.
