Tasks

Responsibility for security standards at all Marché locations in Switzerland as well as conducting security audits, point-of-sale checks and controls according to the internal control system (ICS) including follow-up of defined measures
Promoting a sustainable security culture through advising, raising awareness and training employees as well as analysing accidents and security-relevant incidents with derivation of appropriate preventive measures
Professional support for new, conversion and expansion projects in all security-relevant issues
Planning, organising and conducting security and prevention training for employees and managers
Conducting investigations and clarifications in case of suspected criminal acts as well as preparing reports and recommendations for action

Extensive professional experience in the security and safety environment as well as a completed vocational training and further education in the areas of security, occupational safety (ASGS) or fire protection
Strong security awareness combined with an analytical, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to identify risks early and develop pragmatic solutions
Independent, structured and responsible way of working as well as a confident appearance with high communication and advisory competence at all hierarchical levels
Digital affinity and confident handling of MS Office; solid knowledge in project management is welcome
Driving licence category B as well as willingness to regularly travel to our Marché locations throughout Switzerland and to take on on-call duty
