Operator Sterile Filtration

For the group Sterile Filtration/Tank Management within the Sterile Filling department, we are looking for a

Pharmaceutical Specialist Sterile Filtration – Night Shift

(Full-time or job sharing possible)

To manage planned capacity increases, a permanent night shift (Monday to Friday, 10:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.) is currently being established, in the development and establishment of which you will actively participate. The start of this night shift will take place after a thorough training phase of about 9 months during the day in our team (Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m.–10:30 p.m.).

In this responsible role, after training, you will be responsible during the night for the sterile filtration of our medications. You will also prepare the mobile tanks for the production equipment.

Your tasks mainly include:

• Preparing the filling lines and stationary tanks for the aseptic filling of our product
• Sterile filtration and provision of the product for aseptic filling
• Transfer of the finished product into the stationary tanks
• Operating the washing machine for cleaning the equipment
• Operating various measuring devices
• Preparation and timely provision of the mobile tanks for the production equipment of our products
• Documentation of the performed work
• Compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and GMP guidelines
• Close cooperation with the staff of sterile filling and production equipment

Qualifications & Professional Experience

You are a responsible individual with a high quality standard and bring the following skills:

• Completed vocational training in the pharmaceutical, food, or technical field
• Ideally professional experience in a production environment – you know the processes in a GMP-regulated company and understand what is important in the manufacture of sensitive products.
• Reliable working style and strong quality awareness: you work in a structured manner, keep an overview even in hectic situations, and always act with quality in mind.
• You are proactive, flexible, and open to the changing requirements of new processes and technologies.
• You communicate openly and are willing to share information across departments.
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident PC skills – you routinely use digital systems in daily production.
