Energy Management Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of energy management including strategic planning and operational control of energy supply

• Ensuring smooth operation as well as continuous development of the company-wide energy, monitoring and data platform

• Conducting detailed analyses and developing optimisation measures for all energy and operating media such as electricity, steam, water, compressed air and natural gas

• Independent planning, management and successful implementation of energy and maintenance projects

• Systematic identification of energy efficiency potentials and their practical realisation

• Active promotion and strengthening of company-wide awareness for energy, CO₂ and resource management

• Depending on individual qualifications and professional experience, the range of tasks expands to activities as an operations engineer, project manager or developer of AI-supported processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical basic training in the field of electrical engineering, automation, mechanics or a comparable subject area

• Advanced technical training as a FH engineer or HF/TS technician with a focus on electrical engineering, energy technology, process engineering, data analysis or a similar discipline

• Extensive practical experience in dealing with energy management systems, data platforms and in the analysis of operational data

• Strong enthusiasm for energy topics, digitalisation and innovative solutions

• Analytical thinking, structured approach and high degree of independence in work execution

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form required, English skills are a plus
