As a business unit within the METTLER TOLEDO Group, Process Analytics MTPRO is a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our headquarters in Urdorf, we develop and manufacture high-quality sensors for controlling production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own sales and service organizations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual as: Manufacturing Integration Specialist 100% (all genders) In this role, you are part of our vision of a more automated and digitized production. You work as a member of the Industrial Engineering team within the Operations division. In close collaboration with colleagues from automation, production, quality, supply chain management, and process engineering, you shape and drive the further development of production system integration, data management, and digital workflow optimization. Furthermore, you support the standardization and continuous improvement of digital processes at the Urdorf site. Your responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining production and master data for MES, SAP, and system integrations. Reviewing, mapping, and validating manufacturing processes and value streams to support correct integration design. Capturing and documenting functional and technical requirements for MES/SAP interfaces and related applications. Configuring MES integration data and ensuring consistency with SAP master data and production processes. Conducting integration and user acceptance tests (UAT) as well as supporting release preparation and stabilization after go-live. Analyzing and resolving integration and data issues and supporting hypercare phases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IE, SCM, QA, PE, production) to optimize digital workflows and simplify processes.
