- You drive innovation ideas forward and test with clear proofs of concept which potential truly has substance.
- You build up the innovation process, anchor it in everyday life and consistently align it with the company strategy.
- You bring departments and IT together, inspire enthusiasm for new things and enable the organisation to support innovations.
- From idea to implementation: You prioritise transparently and ensure that customer-oriented projects arise from evaluated ideas.
- You detect trends in a highly regulated environment and develop innovation fields with relevance from them.
What distinguishes you
- Completed business studies with initial professional experience in innovation or project management
- Practical understanding of innovation and joy in implementing new ideas
- Ideally experience in the insurance or healthcare sector
- A communicative personality with persuasiveness and enthusiasm
- A good understanding of customer needs and the ability to align innovations with customer benefit
