The Infrastructure Department represents the owner for the city-owned properties and real estate. We manage, develop, and operate an extensive and diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructural facilities and installations. The Technical and Infrastructural Building Management competence area is responsible for the operation and maintenance of city-owned properties and facilities. Additionally, we accompany construction projects and independently implement maintenance measures.
