Your Job

Order Processing & Customer Service

Recording, processing and monitoring customer orders
Creating delivery notes and invoices
Processing customer order confirmations
Tracking orders and deliveries

Export & Document Management

Preparation of export documents for international shipments
Scanning, renaming and archiving all delivery notes
Management and filing of relevant documents in the DMS

Your Strengths

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in order processing, logistics or export
Good SAP knowledge (order processing, master data)
Confident use of Excel (tracking, planning, reporting)
Structured, precise and reliable working style
Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and freight forwarders
Independent working style
