Tasks
- Ensuring professional maintenance and smooth operation of the buildings, infrastructure, and outdoor areas
- Executing, organizing, and monitoring building technology and automation installations
- Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical, heating, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
- Leading and accompanying external companies during service, maintenance, and repair work
- Solution-oriented implementation of internal customer needs as well as performing general administrative tasks
Profile
- Completed technical basic training in the field of HVAC, e.g., as an electrical installer EFZ, building technology planner EFZ, or in a related profession in building technology
- Willingness to learn and interest in working with complex building automation systems
- Knowledge in maintenance processes, maintenance strategies, and technical systems
- Proficient PC user skills (MS Office)
- Independent and organized working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and working with people with disabilities
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Driver's license category B
