Our modern, SGI-recognized interdisciplinary intensive care unit has six beds, including two ventilator places. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a certified expert in intensive care or a certified nursing specialist with ICU / IMC experience starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Certified Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or Certified Nursing Specialist HF with ICU / IMC Experience (80 - 100 %) The position is initially limited until the end of August 2026 with the option of a permanent employment contract.

Your Challenge

Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
Careful monitoring and documentation of all parameters in the intensive care area and timely recognition of changes
Supporting patients in crisis situations and competent action in emergencies
Participation in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
Independent execution of all medical therapies according to treatment plans and medical orders
Interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams
Participation in the development of nursing quality and the nursing process

Your Profile

Completed training as a Certified Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or Certified Nursing Specialist HF with experience in an intensive care unit / IMC
Networked thinking and acting in an interdisciplinary environment
High resilience as well as pronounced empathy
Good IT user skills
Motivated and proactive personality characterized by teamwork skills
