Construction Manager or Junior Construction Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Your important tasks include obtaining planning documents and creating scheduling programmes (depending on training and experience)
• In addition, you prepare the cost estimates for all types of work
• Furthermore, you conduct negotiations with companies and suppliers and coordinate all specialists on site
• You also take on competent site management
• Minute-taking, schedule and cost control as well as quality control are also part of your demanding tasks
• Finally, you are responsible for claims and extra work as well as any warranty work
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH, construction manager, construction technician, site manager, foreman, project manager in building construction or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, a trained and ambitious architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or construction craftsman is also possible
• Experience in a general contractor or total contractor company is a great advantage but not a requirement
