Job summary
Join our dynamic team as a Chef:fe de projet - Construction! You'll oversee exciting projects in a collaborative environment.
Tasks
- Coordinate and execute construction and renovation projects with specialists.
- Manage SIA project phases including studies, authorizations, and planning.
- Communicate project documentation and report to the Maître d’Ouvrage.
Skills
- Higher education in engineering or architecture required; 3-5 years experience.
- Fluent in French; strong English skills (B2 minimum).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stress management skills.

Project Manager - Construction (a) 100 %- Coordination and execution of construction and renovation projects in collaboration with our internal specialists and external partners
- Participation in tender processes
- Selection, monitoring and coordination of contractor teams
- Management of SIA project management phases (studies, authorisation requests, tenders, planning and execution monitoring, project closure)
- Application of processes from our various clients
- Communication and preparation of project documentation for our various clients
- Project reporting to the Client (costs, deadlines, quality, risks, etc.)
- Representation of the client
- Autonomous project management
- Higher education as an engineer or architect (University/University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position
- Knowledge of SIA standards
- Proven experience in project management in separate trades
- Perfect command of French
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli)
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and with good stress resistance
- Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needs
