Role Objective:

In this varied position, you will support customers in the successful application and integration of modern measurement technology solutions. With your technical expertise, you ensure the reliable operation of the systems and competently assist customers with questions and challenges. At the same time, you support internal teams with product tests, project deployments, and the introduction of new technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Installation, integration, and commissioning of measurement and automation solutions at customer sites
• Programming and application of software solutions, measurement cycles, and macros
• Technical advice and support for customers on hardware, software, and application issues
• Participation in the introduction, testing, and further development of new products
• Conducting analyses, tests, and validations in collaboration with international specialist departments
• Supporting sales, projects, and presenting solutions at trade fairs and customer events

Your Profile:

• Training in polymechanics, mechatronics, or comparable technical qualification
• Sound knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain)
• Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills
• High willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for technology, customer-oriented thinking, and professional appearance
