The Küsnacht school offers lunch, day, and holiday care for around 1,000 children from 1st kindergarten to 6th grade in four school-complementary care facilities (KICK). The children are cared for during non-school hours and school holidays.
In the care facility KICK Goldbach, around 130 children with different social and cultural backgrounds are cared for weekly. To support the care team, we are looking for a
Childcare Specialist 36% or 48%
Your tasks
- Your working hours at 36%: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday each from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Your working hours at 48%: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday each from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. plus 2 afternoons until 6:00 p.m.
- Participation in school-complementary care and leisure activities for children aged 9 to 12 years
- Various administrative and housekeeping tasks
- Participation in team meetings and team supervision
- Work in holiday care
You bring with you
- Completed training as a FaBe Kinder (Childcare Specialist)
- Professional experience in caring for groups of children in kindergarten and primary school age
- Positive view of people, quality awareness, teamwork skills, resilience, and independence
- Very good oral and written German skills, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- For applications with a foreign diploma/certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be enclosed
