Start: From August 2026 or by arrangement | Duration: 18 months | Location: Langenthal (and internationally)
Your mission 🎯
Deep Dive: You will go through various departments (especially the areas of energy systems, construction technology and construction machinery) and get to know our business inside out – operationally and conceptually. Your trainee programme starts in the energy systems department.🔍
Ownership: You take responsibility for your own projects and actively advance, for example, the Caterpillar Excellence Programme. 🏗️
Innovation: You support our teams in the development and introduction of new products.💡
Broaden your horizons: You will spend 6 months in another language region (Switzerland or abroad) – we encourage your change of scenery! ✈️🗺️
Your profile 👤
Foundation: You have completed your studies (Bachelor or Master) in electrical, energy, or systems and environmental engineering.🎓
Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, act independently and love to find solutions rather than problems.🧠✔️
Spirit: You are flexible, curious and eager to show what you are capable of. Your demeanour is convincing, and your organisational skills are strong.🌟
Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and English. If you also speak French, that is your ace. 🌍
