Customer Service Clerk (m/f) 60%

Are you a communicative team player who enjoys customer contact and is interested in complementary medicine? Do you keep an overview even in hectic situations and approach people with empathy and professionalism? Then you fit perfectly into our customer service team!

• Telephone customer contact in German/French, recording customer orders and invoicing, issuing credit notes as well as handling complaints
• Managing the general company e-mail inbox
• Support with wholesaler figures, address master data, conditions and month-end closing
• Active collaboration with internal and external contacts
• Representing our values holistically both internally and externally with a partnership attitude and solution-focused working method

• Proven experience in telephone/order processing and complaint handling in German/French
• Commercial or paramedical training and professional experience in customer service
• Language skills in German (French knowledge advantageous), proven IT user competence and an independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• The ability to maintain an overview and necessary calm even in hectic situations and under high workload
