International Transport Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed International Transport Dispatcher to take on the following tasks:

• Responsibility for timely scheduling in international transport

• Planning routes with a focus on optimal and economical use of the company’s own truck fleet as well as contractor vehicles

• Organisation of driver assignments in strict compliance with legal and internal regulations

• Competent customer support and advice via telephone contact

• Maintenance of administrative documentation in the transport software (TMS)

• Active participation in the preparation and introduction of the new transport management system

What do I need to be successful?

Our client requires the following qualifications and attributes for this position:

• Completed commercial training or specific training in the field of scheduling

• Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in scheduling required

• Sound knowledge in scheduling of own vehicle fleets

• Experience in the brokerage sector

• ???? Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory

• ???? Spanish and/or Italian skills are an additional advantage

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• ? Practical experience with transport software solutions (TMS)

• Structured and disciplined working style
