About the job

• you independently develop creative ideas for videos and podcasts and accompany them from the initial idea to the finished production
• you produce various video and audio formats for watson and our clients
• you plan and organise shoots in our studio or at external locations
• you implement content in a way that generates attention on social media and directly addresses the target audience
• you contribute your own ideas for new formats and storytelling approaches
• you continuously optimise our workflows in post-production, for example in editing, subtitling or audio

• you have already gained experience in the production of video and audio formats
• you have already gained initial experience in an editorial office, for example through internships
• you have good knowledge of common editing programmes such as Adobe Premiere
• you are a creative mind and feel comfortable with both news topics and entertainment topics
• you have a good general education and impeccable German language skills
• you have a knack for narrative forms
