Our Mission
The political municipality of Fällanden is the sponsor of the Sunnetal Nursing Home. The Sunnetal Nursing Home includes the care centre, which offers a home to 32 residents, 16 retirement apartments, as well as the public Sunnetal bistro.

We are looking for a cheerful and committed personality as of 1 July or by arrangement as
Clerk Administration and Reception Nursing Home 30-40 %
Ensuring customer-oriented and professional services at reception (telephone switchboard, mail, information desk, etc. for residents, relatives, suppliers, employees, tenants of retirement apartments)
Resident administration (admissions and discharges, contracts, billing, correspondence with doctors, relatives, authorities, etc.)
Participation in accounts payable and receivable accounting
Development and implementation of marketing and PR measures (website, social media, brochures, etc.)
Support of employee admission and discharge processes as well as ICT first-level support
Other varied administrative tasks, including for the management team or in projects
- Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience (industry knowledge is a plus)
Very good IT skills (MS Office, experience with Lobos is an advantage)
Experience in corporate communications, including social media
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form (confident German)
Empathy in dealing with elderly people and different stakeholder groups
Independent, efficient and precise working style, ability to work in a team
