What you can achieve with us:
- Ensuring professional, resident- and relative-centered care and support
- MDS coordination according to RAI-NH
- Participation in the development of care quality and its implementation in the residential group
- Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care plans
- You report objectively and are responsible for clear and complete documentation in epDoc.net
- You support the design of resident activities
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional or health professional as well as professional experience in this role
- Expertise with experience in geriatrics and palliative care
- RAI-NH/PC knowledge available
- Willingness to participate in the implementation of quality standards
- Confident communication skills in the German language
- Competent and professional appearance
- High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
- Strong customer orientation and service readiness
- Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
- Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
