Your position
- Analysis and integration of single-cell multi-omics data (e.g. scRNA-seq, scATAC-seq, multiome)
- Development and implementation of computational pipelines for large-scale data processing
- Application of trajectory inference, lineage tracing, and regulatory network analysis
- Integration of transcriptomic, epigenomic, and proteomic datasets
- Collaboration with experimental researchers to translate computational findings into biological insights
- Contribution to method development and data-driven hypothesis generation
Your profile
- PhD in bioinformatics, systems & computational biology, or related field
- Strong experience insingle-cell data analysis
- Proficiency inR and/or Pythonand relevant bioinformatics frameworks
- Experience withmulti- omics integrationand/or regulatory network analysis is highly desirable
- Familiarity withhigh-performance computing environments and workflow systems(e.g. Snakemake, Nextflow)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in immunology or cancer biology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
