About the job

• Technical and personnel management of the 11-member Infrastructure / Facility Management team
• Ensuring the reliable operation of buildings, technical systems, external sites, and the entire infrastructure using and monitoring a complex building management system
• Organisation, coordination, and support of maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting, as well as cleaning, disposal, winter, and on-call services
• Active participation in daily operations with a pronounced hands-on mentality
• Supervision and coordination of external service providers and craft businesses
• Close cooperation with production and other internal stakeholders
• Independent management of smaller projects and subprojects as well as involvement in larger undertakings such as conversions, expansions, and optimisations
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Maintenance of documentation as well as use of digital tools and FM systems

• Completed technical, craft or operational basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training in facility management, building technology or operational maintenance
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings and technical systems, preferably in an industrial environment
• Leadership experience in technical building management of an industrial company
• Experience in project work, initial experience in managing smaller projects or subprojects is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality as well as a reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Confident handling of digital tools and FM systems
• Fluent German skills and impeccable reputation
• Willingness for on-call and standby duties as well as high presence on site at the Willisau (approx. 90%) and Mägenwil (approx. 10%) locations; corresponding willingness to travel is expected
