Specialist App Supporter 100%Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.
You already have experience in IT support and enjoy professionally assisting people? Then you are exactly right with us!
The position is limited to 12 months.
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing telephone support requests – always friendly and professional
- 1st and 2nd level support for our specialist applications
- Reliable ticket management and comprehensive support for the users of our applications
- Analysis of recurring problems and proactive solution finding
- Continuously updating and maintaining our knowledge database
Your profile
- Solid experience in IT 1st and 2nd level support – you convince on the phone with expertise and communication skills
- Very good German skills, English is a plus
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Patience and enjoyment in contact with people
