Here you will be involved
- in the planning, organization, and coordination of neurology and memory clinics
- as a competent contact person for patients as well as internal and external offices (by phone and on site)
- in processing referrals as well as creating and sending appointment letters
- responsible for managing the KISIM mailboxes
- ensuring smooth administrative processes in daily business
- in general administrative and organizational secretarial tasks
- in writing clinic reports and other medical correspondence
You
- have completed commercial training, ideally with further education as a medical and hospital secretary
- possess strong organizational skills as well as confident German language skills and secure medical terminology
- enjoy daily contact with patients
- are a resilient, flexible personality who enjoys a lively work environment
- have experience with KISIM (advantageous)
