In this position, you take responsibility for complex integral FM tenders – from solution development to successful contract conclusion – and advise customers on strategic issues. With the combination of analysis, consulting and negotiation skills, you make a direct contribution to the further development of our service offering as well as to the growth of ISS Switzerland.
Your main tasks:
- Overall responsibility for demanding tender projects – from needs analysis through service and solution conception, offer preparation and presentation to successful contract conclusion
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring a high-quality, timely and competitive offer preparation
- Preparation of convincing presentation materials and active participation in decision-making bodies and customer presentations
- Professional advice to internal and external decision-makers on service concepts, operating models as well as commercial and strategic issues
- Development and coordination of contract bases, management of projects throughout the entire CRM process
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in a consulting-related role, ideally in the field of real estate, facility management or business services
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects or tenders as well as in professional dealings with stakeholders at management and decision-making levels
- Strong analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking skills with high problem-solving competence as well as affinity for digital tools and processes
- Clear sales and closing orientation with pronounced commercial understanding
- Very good oral and written communication skills, confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Independent, responsible and result-oriented working style as well as high team orientation
- University degree (University/FH) in FM, business, finance or equivalent qualification
- German as mother tongue and very good English skills, both spoken and written
