Supporting Sarah and Louis with financing their car, opening an account for little Théa who has just been born, helping Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Valentin finance his studies … On a daily basis as well as during key moments in life, you assist customers in developing their projects.

You will join a warm, supportive team and your internship supervisor will provide your training throughout your journey to develop the best of yourself.

Specifically, under the responsibility of your internship supervisor, you will be required to:

·       Welcome, support and advise the agency's customers by offering products and investments suited to their everyday needs (remote banking, savings, insurance, etc.) to build customer loyalty

·       Contribute to the dynamism of your agency by being proactive with the advisors

·       Work in synergy with our experts within the Bank

·       Develop customers' autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience, notably with the SG App

•       You know how to persuade and demonstrate pedagogy towards your customers

•       Dynamic and positive, you enjoy working in a team and show adaptability in all circumstances

•       Rigorous and efficient, you know how to manage several tasks simultaneously

You are a student at Bac+2/3 level in university or business school with a specialisation in banking/finance and you master the Office suite

Internship duration: 4 to 6 months

From your arrival, you will be integrated into our teams and learn every day alongside our experts who will support you in your tasks. Gradually, you will gain autonomy on your projects to make this experience a true career accelerator.
