Senior Operational Risk Controller (m/f/d)

Within the Risk Control division of Raiffeisen Switzerland, the Operational Risk Control department is responsible for measuring and monitoring operational risks according to the group-wide Operational Risk Management Framework.

To support our team located in St. Gallen with the possibility to work partially from home, we are looking for a communicative and analytical personality as a Senior Operational Risk Controller (m/f/d) with a broad interest in various banking-related topics and processes.

• Planning and conducting Risk & Control Assessments
• Analysis of operational (loss) events
• Risk assessment of new products and outsourcing
• Preparation of risk reports
• Project work to further develop the opRisk applications

• Higher business education (Bachelor/Master) and/or certified auditor
• Several years of experience in a similar position (Risk, Audit, Compliance) in a financial institution
• Enjoyment of teamwork, but also ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong presentation skills and persuasiveness
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office including PowerBI
• Very good German skills are required, French and Italian skills are an advantage
