We are looking for a sociable and committed personality for the Langenthal location as
Your tasks
- First point of contact for all ICT questions from our Avesco locations across Switzerland
- 1st & 2nd Level Support – Workplace, M365, Teams Phone & more
- Consultation on the optimal use of IT tools & telephony
- Onboarding & Offboarding – from hardware to licenses & permissions
- Collaboration with external partners & our internal IT teams
- Active participation in exciting ICT projects
Your profile
- Completed training as a computer scientist, system engineer, or similar
- Strong know-how in PCs, smartphones, Windows, printers, M365 (Teams Phone is an advantage)
- Communicative, service-oriented & enthusiastic about IT topics
- Independent, eager to learn & assertive
- Very good German skills (& ideally good French skills)
- English skills for international collaboration
- Driver's license category B
