Our partner is a leading, dynamically growing Swiss IT service provider specialising in modern managed cloud services, cyber security, and future-proof workplace architectures. To strengthen the consultant and specialist team, we are looking for a strategically and operationally strong personality as a Senior Cloud Security & Microsoft 365 Consultant.

- Consulting & Architecture: Development, analysis, and implementation of customised Microsoft 365 security and governance concepts for corporate clients.
- Cyber Security & Zero Trust: Implementation of modern security standards (including Microsoft Defender XDR, Entra ID / Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, and Information Protection).
- Workplace & Identity Engineering: Design and rollout of modern workplace architectures (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Management) as well as hybrid identity solutions.
- Projects & Client Advisory: Technical leadership of transformation and migration projects, conducting security audits/assessments, and running workshops at C-level and IT management levels.
- Service Development: Active participation in shaping innovative managed security services and continuous knowledge transfer within the team.
- Solid education: Completed degree (FH/HF) in computer science, business informatics, or cyber security, or a comparable qualification in the system engineering field.
- Practical experience: Several years of proven experience in consulting, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 & security solutions, preferably at an IT service provider or consulting company.
- Technical know-how: Deep hands-on expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview, as well as sound knowledge in network and endpoint security.
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft certificates in the security and administrator area (e.g. MS-500 / SC-200 / SC-300 / AZ-500) are a great advantage.
- Demeanour & language: Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, as well as business fluent German and very good English skills.
- Continuous development: Comprehensive support for vendor certifications (Microsoft Security, Azure, etc.) as well as individual training opportunities.

In this central consulting role, you are primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous securing of modern Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud landscapes for demanding clients.
