Polymechanic Specialist Milling
Activities
- You are part of a small, well-coordinated team and are responsible for the production of demanding milling and drilling parts.
- You work on CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls, where the highest precision is standard daily practice.
- Due to your pronounced technical understanding, you carry out manufacturing work independently and confidently according to technical drawings.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ with many years of experience in the milling specialization
- Ability to realistically estimate setup and machining times
- Use of the provided CAM programs as well as the ability to make minor adjustments in Mastercam
- Loading, setting up, and operating CNC machines
- Performing initial sample inspections as well as selecting and providing suitable tools
- Safe program run-in as well as timely and dimensionally accurate production of components
- Optional: Preparation and setup of additional workstations to support team members
- Active participation in development, optimization, and modernization processes
