Item & Master Data Manager

About the job

• Opening new items and maintaining corresponding data records in SAP
• Creating bills of materials according to the CMM manual
• Scheduling all relevant spare parts in collaboration with AVOR employees
• Compiling material requirements and opening the corresponding requisition in SAP
• Logistical clarifications regarding maintenance and repairs
• Incoming goods inspection (quality assurance)
• Creating and processing work plans and workshop orders

• Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic), ideally with further training as a process specialist / technical clerk
• Professional experience in aviation is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and forward-looking way of working
• Reliable, communicative personality with a networked way of thinking
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word) as well as SAP knowledge
• Fluent German and solid English skills (B1)
