Head of Motion Control Production (a)

About the job

• You lead the Motion Control production in Frauenfeld both technically and personally and specifically develop a team of around 25 employees.
• You are responsible for the timely provision of our high-quality sales products and ensure a reliable supply of components and semi-finished products.
• You continuously optimise processes, availability and efficiency and specifically apply lean methods to strengthen quality, productivity and sustainability.
• As a member of the Order Fulfillment management team, you actively shape cross-departmental processes and contribute to an efficient value chain.

• You bring leadership experience in an industrial production environment and know how to win, promote and align employees to common goals with a natural, motivating manner.
• You think quality-, cost- and process-oriented, have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes as well as purchasing, scheduling and production organisation and recognise optimisation potential early.
• You convince with a hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, assertiveness as well as good English skills and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
