Your tasks
- Performing minor repairs as well as quick services on renowned watch brands
- Handling advisory tasks in sales as well as service offerings (SAV)
- Independently managing repair administration
- Checking and adjusting sold watches
- Carrying out various administrative tasks such as creating offers, etc.
- Direct contact with our demanding customers
Your skills
- Completed training and professional experience as a service watchmaker
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility
- Native German speaker as well as good foreign language skills in English and/or French are an advantage
