Portrait of the School/Institution
Our school is located in the municipality of Saint-Imier, with about 5,200 inhabitants.
It comprises 23 kindergarten and primary school classes, around 410 pupils and more than 80 staff members (teachers, speech therapists and psychomotor therapists).
Following a reorganisation within cycle 1, we are advertising for:

Tasks
As a teacher in two 3H-4H classes (two-grade classes), you demonstrate great flexibility. You will work closely with the class teachers, auxiliary teachers and the HarmoS cycle 1 teachers. You will be an integral part of the 3H-4H teaching team.
You will also participate in organising occasional activities (off-schedule week, Imériale parade, school run, Christmas party, ski trips, occasional activities, ...).
Requirements
Holder of a teaching diploma for the primary level (levels 1 to 8 according to HarmoS) - Bachelor of Arts in Primary Education - issued by HEP-BEJUNE or an equivalent qualification, you are conscientious by nature, organised and have good collaboration skills with your colleagues, the parents of our pupils and the management.
You are open to change and the implementation of innovative and varied practices.
You are able to teach physical education.
The position advertised includes lessons in two different classes, in 3rd and 4th years (two-grade classes).
It can be split into two independent positions: 8 lessons in the first class and 9 lessons in the second class.
