We are looking for a committed co-educator for the baby group at our RÖSCHENZERSTRASSE location.
What are your tasks?
- Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
- Designing an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
- Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
- Establishing a parenting partnership with the families
- Organizing and conducting excursions and parent activities
- Active participation in team meetings
- Creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
What should you bring?
- A completed training as FABE, educator, or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
- Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
- Team player
- Initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
