To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable administrator in part-time 50% to support our HR department with expertise and organizational talent.

What to expect
- Administrative support of employees from entry to exit
- Preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates
- Management and maintenance of personnel files and HR master data
- Support in payroll administration including social security
- Contact person for employees and supervisors on HR matters
- Participation in the recruitment process and support of apprentices
- Absence management
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in human resources
- Professional experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of labor and social security law
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge
- Independent, structured, service-oriented, and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and strong communication
