The Municipal Commission (GK) advises on the business of the municipal assembly and submits its proposals. It also exercises the financial powers assigned to it according to the municipal regulations and participates in the election of commissions and committees. The Audit Commission (GPK) exercises supervisory control over all municipal authorities and administrative branches. In this context, it reviews the activities of all municipal authorities, municipal employees, and other municipal offices. The workload of approx. 10% is distributed irregularly over the year and depends on the approximately 14 meetings per year, which take place on Monday evenings and involve a large part of the work (preparation and follow-up). No meetings take place during school holidays.
