You will
- take over project management including budget responsibility for the employee magazine
- take over project coordination for reporting (semi-annual and annual report)
- design and implement measures for internal communication
- write texts for internal and external communication
- take ownership of the topics for HR and personnel communication
- respond to media inquiries and draft press releases
- advise and support managers, specialists, and project teams on communication issues
You bring
- a degree or training in communication or journalism
- several years of experience in communication
- experience in planning and implementing publications, ideally also in reporting
- strong editorial and conceptual skills
- targeted written and oral communication skills in German and the ability to conduct professional conversations in French
- enjoy simplifying topics and processes as well as storytelling
- creativity, independence, and teamwork skills
