Group Leader Specialist Childcare (60 - 100% workload)

Your area of responsibility

• Leading the group with children between 2 months and 2 years
• Supporting the training of a specialist in training
• Supporting the management of the children's group
• Implementing the educational goals of the daycare center
• Other diverse tasks in daily daycare operations

Your profile

• A completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
• Ideally, you have the trainer course with BBT recognition or interest in completing the course
• You approach children with joy, empathy, and commitment
• You are a creative, enthusiastic, and resilient personality
• You maintain a respectful, responsible, and collegial manner
• You are flexible and a team player
